How do I apply for warranty?

Warranty will need to be applied for at the seller. If you have bought your Heylo through one of our partners, please contact their support team for further help.


If you have bought your Heylo directly from Matchflight:

Submit a support ticket with the following:

  • A description of the issue
  • Where possible, pictures or videos showing the issue
  • The date of when the issue happened
  • Your order number
