HEYLO sometimes records incorrect scores

Possible reasons:

• The calibration was not completed correctly.
• Uneven lighting, shadows, or direct sunlight are affecting dart recognition.
• The dartboard is not mounted straight.
• The dartboard has moved since the last calibration.

What you can do:

• Perform a new calibration.
• Ensure the dartboard is evenly illuminated.
• Avoid direct sunlight and strong shadows on the board.
• Check that the dartboard is mounted straight and level.
• Verify that the board has not rotated or shifted.
