My throws aren't being detected correctly

If recalibrating does not solve your issue, check if:

• Your dartboard is seated correctly. The center pin of your board should fall into the hole in the center of the Heylo's frame. If done correctly, the dartboard will sit almost flush with the surrounding foam. Ensure the 4 clips to clamp the dartboard aren't bent or forced. 

• Ensure your number ring is attached using all of the Heylo's hooks correctly. There should be some space between the dart board and the number ring. 

• Make sure there are no objects obstructing the Heylo's cameras, like the brackets your number ring was originally attached to.
