Warranty Terms

Matchflight provides the original purchaser with a limited manufacturer’s warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects that can be demonstrated to be the result of material or manufacturing faults arising from normal use of the product in accordance with the user manual and safety instructions. The warranty covers the cameras, the LED lighting, the electronics and the score recognition functionality, insofar as defects are the result of material or manufacturing faults.

The Heylo ring catches darts and therefore wears out during normal use, just like the surface of a dartboard. Impacts, holes and indentations caused by darts are normal signs of wear and tear and do not constitute a fault. The lifespan of the ring depends, amongst other things, on the frequency of use, throwing technique and the type of darts used.

The warranty does not cover:

• damage resulting from incorrect, careless or improper use
• damage caused by incorrect installation or assembly
• damage caused by the use of unauthorised accessories, parts or power adaptors
• deliberate damage, misuse or negligence
• damage caused by moisture, water or other liquids
• normal wear and tear resulting from regular use, including darts striking the ring
• deposits caused by smoke, nicotine or dust as a result of poor maintenance
• damage caused by unauthorised repairs, alterations or modifications
• cosmetic damage, such as scratches, discolouration or dents, which do not affect functionality
• damage caused by external factors, including fire, flooding, storm damage or other circumstances beyond Matchflight’s reasonable control
