I can't log in to the Matchflight app

Please check the following:

  • Ensure the device you're using to log into Matchflight has a working internet connection
  • Check if you're using the correct username and password
  • Reset your password


If none of these steps help, submit a ticket. Ensure you add your username and/or e-mail address.
